 5: Sinclair had arranged the raid on Al Kubra's occult site in the Nile delta by the army and police. To make sure that they got their man, our heroes went up to the delta to "help".

 7: Hiding out in the rushes, George took position to fire on the tumulus and waited. When the army moved in they shione a searchlight on the tumulus catching the cultists in action. Not quite sure of whether it was Al Kubra, George drilled the apparent leader through the eyes, prompting a fusilade of gunshot from the army. Having done their job, the party withdraw back to Cairo.

 9: Back in Cairo, Lyris went after Reynier, Delacourt's procurer of antiquities (who had some ability to see magical items), in order to ferment more trouble between Delacourt and Al Kubra. Whilst observing the shop, an entity materialised in the shop and questioned Reynier. After he had gone and Reynier retired, Lyris stole into the shop and upstairs. Reynier was protected by wards but not against a knife. As he died a green weave tentacle entity turns up to collect him, Lyris destroyed his soul with red weave to dismiss the creature. Flies and cockroaches were everywhere.

11: Sinclair and Lyris ransacked the shop to hide their tracks, taking the recent items he found.
