Sinclair had arranged the raid on Al Kubra's occult site in the Nile delta by the army and police. To make sure that they got their man, our heroes went up to the delta to "help".

Not quite sure of whether it was Al Kubra, george drilled the apparent leader through the eyes, promptinf a fusilade of gunshot from the army. Having done their job, the party withdraw back to Cairo.
