There are five stresses - these represent the ways in which a character can become limited.
Three are common to all characters, these are Exhausted, Injured and Insecure.
Each player may chose one of Cold or Overconfident.
The final stress is unique to the character. The list below associates common weakness with specific Realms. If you think you're likely to deal with a specific Realm that may influence your choice.
